Lamdon welcomed students and faculties of Gov't Higher Secondary, Barsoo, Kargil...

The former president of United States of America Barack Obama rightly stated “Simple exchanges can break walls down between us, for when people come together and speak to one another and share a common experience, then their common humanity is revealed.”

At Lamdon School, we have tried design and implement every possible programs to enable student learning at a whole different level with its main goal is to get the students out of their comfort zone so that they not only experience enhanced learning but also personal growth. One such program is the Student Exchange Programs from time to time which will allow the students to experience different cultures and perspectives, including new traditions and customs and meeting new friends. Fully embracing this new culture is a chance to step out of your comfort zone and experience unfamiliar situations. Each and every student’s study experience is different, but the one thing they have in common is that the experience is a memorable one and these exchange programs truly make it a memorable one for them.

As part of the exchange program, Lamdon welcomed students and faculties of Gov’t Higher Secondary, Barsoo, Kargil. The students led by their Principal Shri GM Khan were given a detailed tour of the school including the Laboratories, Library, Digital classrooms and sports facilities followed by a visit to 2 different classes. We made sure that they experience and discovered our entire school and its system during the tour. For the first of its kind, we were extremely happy to receive our friends and students from Kargil District and hope that such visits will deepen their knowledge in areas and facilities that are not available in their school.

We look forward to more such programs which will be a new and exciting experience for the students of both our and the visiting school.
