A positive and dedicated support staff plays a crucial role in shaping a student's academic journey and enhancing their daily life. The contribution of school support staff is as vital as that of teachers, holding significant influence within the school community alongside key figures like the Principal, Vice Principal, Teachers, and Students.
It's not uncommon for support staff to work tirelessly behind the scenes, their efforts often going unnoticed. Yet, they are the linchpin ensuring the seamless operation of schools and colleges, sometimes seeming almost invisible in their dedication. Recognizing the invaluable role they play in both our students' education and the overall progress of our institutions is integral to the ethos of our school.
Today, during the Morning assembly, we celebrated and honoured the remarkable contributions of our attendants, drivers, and support staff.
Each member of the support staff received a traditional scarf (Khatags) as a token of gratitude from our Principal, a symbol of recognition for their unwavering commitment and hard work. The entire school community joined in expressing their admiration for the support staff, recognizing their pivotal role in maintaining the school's high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
Dr. Stanzin Dawa, our Principal, emphasized, 'We wholeheartedly acknowledge and honor the contributions of our support staff, who work tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the seamless functioning of our school. They are the unsung heroes of our institution, and we are fortunate to have such a committed and hardworking team.'
The support staff members were overjoyed to receive this recognition and appreciation from the entire school community under the leadership of our Principal. This event served as a poignant reminder of the importance of acknowledging the contributions of the support staff, who are integral to the daily functioning of our school.
A heartfelt performance by the Kindergarten students beautifully demonstrated their appreciation and gratitude towards the support staff.
