Welcoming Team Ek Kadam Aur Foundation

Since the beginning, our school have the constant effort to grasp and render every opportunity to benefit every student of our school. At Lamdon, our earnest effort have always been to create an inclusive culture created and led by students who are encouraged to find their voice and develop critical skills through a series of leadership courses that will help them successfully navigate college, career, and life. The program aims to apply leadership skills to social issues, encouraging students to develop the skills necessary to be socially responsible future leaders.

One such opportunity was to collaborate with the with the Ek Kadam Aur Foundation for Education and Health in conducting High School Leadership Programs, Bootcamps and various other online programs. With this High School Leadership program, students gain a better understanding of who they are and what they have to offer, no matter what career path they choose. The students explore their strengths and talents as they unleash their natural leadership abilities. This particular collaboration with the Ek Kadam Our Foundation in conducting the various sessions have give the students the opportunity to explore and develop their core leadership skills.

Since the beginning of the program, its coordinator Ms. Sneha Harsh have been extremely helpful in properly coordinating the whole program. Lamdon Family is truly grateful to her for being so supportive and facilitating the success of these sessions and programmes.

It was so wonderful for these students to finally welcome Ms. Sneha Harsh along with Ms. Norzin Dickyi from Ek Kadam Aur foundation today at the School. The students prepared a welcome ceremony in honour of them at the School today where they expressed their gratitude and thankfulness to the Ek Kadam Aur Foundation and Ms. Sneha Harsh for their constant love, care and support.

The whole family indeed had a wonderful time with Team Ek Kadam Aur Foundation.
